Exhibit Item

Exhibit Items are a special card similar to Unique item; unlike Unique Items they have no monetary value. Exhibit Items were introduced in the Curse of the Dark Pharaoh expansion, and in the original edition they can only be gained through Arkham and Other World encounters, are most likely to be gained at Arkham locations with the Unique item symbol, and investigators will usually be given a choice between choosing an Exhibit Item and choosing a Unique Item.

In The Curse of the Dark Pharaoh (Revised Edition), Exhibit Items can also be gained through Exhibit Encounters. Most of the Exhibit Items from the original edition were changed or even replaced in the revised edition.

The Miskatonic Horror expansion added 5 additional Exhibit Items, which can be added to the original or revised edition Exhibit Item deck.
