Mythos Ability: When investigators move from one street to another, they may only move in the direction of the black arrows. Locations may be entered normally.
Flavor Text: It's called the "Hali Effect." It is similar to seeing mirages in the desert, but it only occurs in urban environments. Entire cities claim to see vast lakes bordering their neighborhoods, where just the day before was dry land. Sometimes the mirage recedes as the viewer walks forward... sometimes it does not.
