Stopped Clocks is a mythos card. It first appeared in the Miskatonic Horror expansion.

Mythos Type: Environment (Mystic)
Gate Opens: Wizard's Hill or Woods
Clue Appears At: Gardners' Place or Historical Society

Mythos Ability: During each phase of the game turn, players may choose the player order during that phase. (Note that the order of the phases remains unchanged.) If players cannot agree on an order, the first player chooses. At the end of the turn, the first player marker is passed to the left as usual.
