You are delayed AND combat ends. This means that if you fail an Evade check against a CotG, you don't even enter combat.
What ends?
Is this errata, in that "you are delayed" is replaced by "combat ends"? Or is this clarification, in that "you are delayed" means that "combat ends"?
My point is that the current way the change is labeled as errata, it is easily interpreted as "okay, we replace the old text".
