I felt a game setup page would be useful, as some important aspects of gameplay get sorted out during setup. This is just a quick cut, and if you want to improve it, have at it!
If you start going into more detail, it would probably be useful to replace each element of the initial numbered list with a section heading and section, in which case the overview will be automatically replaced with a table of contents for the page.
I only have the base game as yet, so this overview only covers the setup for the base game. --Notfilc 19:39, 1 November 2009 (UTC)
