Outskirts monster limit

This page used to say the number of monsters allowed in the outskirts was "equal to the number of investigators minus one", but my PDF download of the Arkham Horror rules calculates the outskirts limit as (8 - number of players). I have updated the wiki, but is that okay by everyone? Was the limit == # investigators perhaps used in the first edition of the game? The PDF notes it was updated to include eratta from the second printing, the FAQ, and the Dunwitch Horror expansion. --Culix 05:30, 1 April 2009 (UTC)
